On Saturday 25th January 2025, the Ashanti Regional Students’ Representative Council (ARSRC) announced at their special delegates general meeting that the anticipated High School Quiz is back. This year the HSQ will take on a new form as the Regional Council will partner with Check Systems Inc to use its mobile and web application UQUIZ.
The High School Quiz over the past few years has been one of the major flagship educative programs organized by the leadership of Regional SRC where schools battle each other to test their intellect in areas like General knowledge, audio-visuals etc. However, with the new format and the use of the mobile application, the contest can take on a whole new exciting twist combining technology with face to face contest.
UQUIZ is available on play store for Android users and on www.uquiz.xyz for desktop, tablets and laptops.
Check Systems and ARSRC are yet to communicate the modalities for the High School Quiz to the various schools in the Ashanti Region. All SRC patrons and local SRC presidents can reach out to the Regional SRC office on 0548478288 to schedule a time for the technical team to visit and educate them on how to use the app in preparation for the contest.
Media houses, private organisations and interested persons can also reach out for the available sponsorship packages.
